Tips for Agents app allows customers to reward an agent with a tip through Venmo - a popular payments app. Each agent provides their own Venmo profile in the app's settings. Once it's done, the tipping suggestion appears automatically when the customer rates a chat as good ?
Note: After installing the app, all your LiveChat agents will receive an email with a link to app settings. In the settings, they will be asked to provide their Venmo profiles.
