LiveChat is Getting a New Look
We want to make LiveChat both efficient and beautiful! After we’ve moved the top menu bar to the left giving you an easier access to a greater number of items, we want to introduce the new chats section!
The old chat circles are replaced with a much more efficient chat list. You can now handle more than six chats in one place (wooha!), see ongoing and queued chats, and much more!

The Agent App
Last time we went through Chat Widget Tools. It’s important to know how your customers see your chat, but what about agents?
To find out, we give you Agent App Widgets. It’s a simple yet powerful way to embed all variety of services within the LiveChat Agent App. Take a look at some of examples, prepared by our skilled developers:
TAG MASTER – it’s a widget that allows you to create, view and delete tags and canned responses in an easy and predictable way.
PROGRESS – it’s a simple widget that creates reports based on the data from chats. Use it to find statistics about rating, chatting and response time ( per day, week, month, quarter, year).
SUPERVISOR – it’s a widget that allows you to monitor a list of available agents and also show their basic statistics from last week, including working hours, chatting time or chat ratings.
GOOD TO KNOW – it’s an extension that gives you the information about geolocation of your visitors. It also provides some basic information like current page visited by your customer or his timezone. All of that comes with charts for easier data visualization.
