About your team:

We’re searching for a content writer who feels comfortable with technology to join the Platform Growth team. The Text Platform’s mission is to help developers easily integrate with Text APIs and give them the tools to build robust applications for the Text Marketplace (but not only!).. We also work on no-code tools for less technical users—one example is Workflows.

As the Platform Growth team, we focus on actions that attract developers to the Text Platform. One way to do this is to create content that educates and inspires them. We thrive on turning technical challenges into approachable and impactful content in various forms.

Our team is independent and goal-driven. We take full ownership of our work and always seek ways to reach different tech audiences. Marketing to developers has its own rules, so we’re constantly coming up with creative ideas to connect with them and often experiment with new ones.

In this role, you’ll collaborate most closely with our content writer, but you’ll also work with developers and other team members to ensure the resources we create meet the highest standards.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating various content by writing clear and engaging technical documentation, tech-related articles, resources, and social media posts to help developers understand and effectively use our platform.

  • Keeping our documentation up to date by revising materials, enhancing visuals, and creating new resources to maintain relevance and usability.

  • Implementing and following SEO strategies by creating and updating different content formats.

  • Executing and helping shape our content strategy to grow our reach and traffic.

  • Contributing content to external technological blogs aimed at reaching a broader developer audience.

  • Collaborating with other content writers and ensuring all content meets our quality and style guidelines.

  • Leveraging AI tools to ease the content creation processes and ensuring the output is fact-checked, high-quality, and tailored to technical audiences.

You may be a good fit for this role if you:

  • Have a solid experience and expertise in creating technical content and know how to make complex tech topics clear, engaging, and accessible to a wide audience.

  • Write with precision and flair — your work is informative, polished, and reads naturally. You know how to combine creative writing with informative tech content.

  • Understand the core principles of programming or are eager to learn enough to translate technical concepts into approachable language. Extra points for knowing the basics of coding!

  • Are familiar with the fundamentals of SEO and are able to create and optimize content to reach the right audience.

  • Feel comfortable working with strictly tech tools like GitHub repositories.

  • Have excellent English proficiency — your writing is professional, approachable, and natural.

  • Stay organized and detail-oriented, managing multiple projects without losing focus or momentum.

How we work

We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.

If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.
