We're seeking an experienced content writer to join the marketing part of our team, which is focused on brand building, customer acquisition, education, and retention. You'll primarily work in cooperation with a product marketer, web designer, and web developer.

About your team:

Our team runs ChatBot – the leading AI-powered product of Text (formerly LiveChat). ChatBot is an all-in-one platform for building AI chatbots for support, marketing, and sales automation.

We own the product strategy, introduce new features, analyze user feedback, and work on the go-to-market plans. We believe in open communication and a collaborative spirit, fostering an atmosphere where everyone's ideas are highly appreciated, and so are yours.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating content for a variety of marketing channels, including a product website, a blog, landing pages, emails, ads, and social media;

  • Implementing SEO strategies and tactics by creating and updating various formats of content;

  • Proactively shaping and executing content strategy for customer acquisition and customer retention;

  • Building relationships with external content creators, media, contributors and influencers, and other stakeholders involved in the content strategy;

  • Keyword research and other research needed for effective content marketing execution;

  • Measuring and analyzing the results of the implemented strategies and tactics;

  • UX writing for the product interface.

We expect:

  • Your background boasts substantial experience in the realm of SaaS products for B2B;

  • You need to be all about business, with a sharp focus on driving results, metrics, and conversion;

  • You've got solid experience under your belt, steering products that are laser-focused on dominating the SEO strategy;

  • AI and marketing automation tools are like second nature to you;

  • You've got that native-level English down pat, especially when it comes to writing;

  • You are experienced in creating written content in English across diverse formats;

  • You are familiar with tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Mailchimp, and more;

  • You can effortlessly switch between different types of content formats and daily tasks;

  • Experience in other areas of digital marketing would be advantageous.

How we work

We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.

If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.
