Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Frontend Developer (or a Fullstack Developer with a frontend-to-backend ratio of 70:30) who: 

  • Thrives on solving complex problems. 

  • Values cross-team collaboration.

  • Balances implementing new features with an attention to detail.

  • Enjoys turning product visions into scalable and efficient solutions.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Developing and enhancing key sales-supporting functionalities.

  • Working closely with the backend, product, and UX/UI teams.

  • Participating in architecture design and technology selection.

  • Optimizing and improving existing code.

  • Supporting the team in implementing best coding practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.

  • Experience working with React and its ecosystem.

  • Familiarity with technologies like Redux Saga, TanStack Query, etc.

  • Ability to work in a team and share knowledge.

  • Willingness to grow in backend development (if you are primarily a frontend developer).

How we work

We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.

If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.

A remote practice run

We’ll give you a project to work on for a few hours. You’ll also meet the people that’ll give you tips, advice, and access to data and tools so you can feel like you’re already a part of the team.
