Our partnership ecosystem is at a turning point. We’ve built a strong base with thousands of affiliates and a handful of key integrations, but now we’re aiming higher: deeper relationships, bigger players, better deals and a program that fuels real growth - for us and our partners. You’ll lead the charge, steering two teams to acquire strategic partners and ensure they thrive on our platform. This isn’t just about numbers - it’s about transforming how we currently work with partners, from affiliate-driven wins to a mature, relationship-based engine.

You’ll report directly to a Chief Growth Officer, with the freedom to set the vision and the support to make it happen.

Here’s what you’ll be up to:

  • Define and drive our partnership strategy – decide who we target, how we win them, and where we take this ecosystem next.

  • Lead two teams: Partnership Acquisition (hunting for new partners) and Partnership Program (making them successful), ensuring both deliver results.

  • Shift our focus from affiliate-reliant growth to strategic, relationship-driven partnerships that unlock bigger deals and deeper integrations.

  • Own the metrics that matter- revenue from partnerships, customer growth, and adoption of APIs and apps built by partners.

  • Partner with our Marketplace and Growth teams to distribute apps, boost API usage, and equip partners with tools and knowledge to succeed.

  • Build a thriving community – think events, activations, and offline efforts to bring our ecosystem to life.

  • Navigate ambiguity - help us pinpoint the ideal partner profiles (affiliates, solution partners, developers, tech providers, and beyond) and chart the path forward.

Who You Are: 

  • You’ve led partnerships at a SaaS or tech company, ideally scaling a program from early wins to a mature ecosystem.

  • You’ve operated at scale – think thousands of partners, millions in revenue, or ecosystems with global reach - and know how to manage complexity without losing focus.

  • You’re a strategist – comfortable transforming an affiliate-based model into a relationship-driven powerhouse.

  • You’re metrics-driven – revenue, customer growth, and adoption rates are your language, and you know how to move them.

  • You’ve got experience with diverse partner types – developers, solution partners, VARs, or integrators - and can spot the right opportunities.

  • You’re a leader who inspires teams, builds trust with partners, and collaborates across departments to get results.

  • You excel at turning vision into reality - crafting clear plans and guiding your teams to deliver with precision and pace.

  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment and bring clarity to complex challenges - bonus if you’ve activated communities offline too.

How we work

We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.

If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.

Video call with your future team leaders

At this stage, we’ll test your craft to see the value you can bring to the company. The most important part? You’ll find out everything about the challenges in your role, and we’ll find out everything we need to know about your experience.

A remote practice run

We’ll give you a project to work on for a few hours. You’ll also meet the people that’ll give you tips, advice, and access to data and tools so you can feel like you’re already a part of the team. Get familiar with our atmosphere, the workflow, and the people. All in all, we’ll help you make a well-informed decision.
