The Communication Team is a cross-product group of specialists responsible for supporting the entire suite of Text products.
We’re all about data-driven online communication. We keep a close eye on our metrics every day to make sure what we’re putting out is actually helping our products grow. Our focus is on the US market, so we expect you to manage relations with media in that area and communicate with journalists in the hours appropriate to their time zones.
Our team includes an Editor, a Social Media Lead, an SEO Specialist, and a Content Writer all led by our Head of Communication. We keep things moving with Slack for chats and ClickUp for planning.
Developing and implementing PR strategies to increase brand awareness and build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
Writing press material such as press releases, media kits, and pitches that represent Text products.
Identifying relevant contacts, securing media coverage, and maintaining partnerships with journalists, industry leaders, and our selected customers.
Monitoring brand mentions and industry trends.
Using AI and automation tools to enhance your PR workflow.
Monitoring internal activities always on the lookout for stories that would cover our products, best practices, and use cases.
Collaborating with internal teams, including content, SEO, and social media, to ensure a unified brand message across all communication channels.
Tracking and reporting on key PR metrics, such as media coverage, impressions, and sentiment analysis.
You have proven experience managing PR campaigns that have driven measurable results, like securing media coverage, boosting brand awareness, or improving public sentiment.
Your written and verbal English is native-level or close to it, with an ability to write and speak to American journalists.
You feel at home in the tech/product space and can confidently promote software products to the media.
You know your way around PR and communication tools like PR Newswire, NewsDirect, Google Alerts, and social listening platforms.
You will know how to leverage PR activities for SEO.
You know how to build trust and maintain strong connections with journalists, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
You embrace feedback, learn from mistakes, and believe in collaborative growth.
You’re creative and resourceful, always finding new ways to amplify our message and make our brand stand out in the US market.
You’re comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline your workflow, whether it’s brainstorming ideas, drafting pitches, or analyzing PR data.
We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.
If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.

Get yourself something to drink and let’s talk. Tell us about your professional experience, the results of your work, and your values. We’ll tell you a little bit about the company, products, and company culture. We’ll also talk about the money and your availability.
At this stage, we’ll test your craft to see the value you can bring to the company. The most important part? You’ll find out everything about the challenges in your role, and we’ll find out everything we need to know about your experience.
We’ll give you a project to work on for a few hours. You’ll also meet the people that’ll give you tips, advice, and access to data and tools so you can feel like you’re already a part of the team.
