At Text, we believe that exceptional customer experiences are born from thoughtful, user-centered design. With millions of users around the world, we are on a mission to simplify how businesses communicate with their customers, making every interaction seamless and delightful. Design is at the core of everything we do.
Our team plays a crucial role in this mission, driving the growth of our product through strategic initiatives that amplify user engagement, enhance onboarding experiences, and simplify complex subscription workflows. Whether it’s streamlining the first-time user experience or refining the journey for long-term customers, our team is dedicated to making every touchpoint intuitive and impactful.
We are searching for a Senior Product Designer who embodies this philosophy – someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, brings a proactive and hands-on approach, and isn’t afraid to take the lead on challenging projects. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who can seamlessly navigate between big-picture vision and meticulous design details, enjoys collaborating directly with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to shape the product strategy, and works closely with developers to build the final solution together.
Leading the design process: Take ownership of the entire design lifecycle, from discovery and research to prototyping and final hand-off. Deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect designs that elevate the user experience and have a meaningful impact on the product and the business.
Proactively identifying opportunities: Spot user needs and business challenges before they arise. Be up to date on industry trends, conduct research, and bring innovative ideas to the table that drive growth and improve metrics like activation and retention.
Organizing and prioritizing effectively: Use your organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease. Whether focusing on long-term initiatives or quick-turnaround tasks, you’ll stay adaptable and maintain high-quality design standards in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborating with leadership: Work closely with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to align on strategic goals. Clearly communicate your design decisions and foster strong cross-team partnerships.
Iterating with data: Leverage user feedback and data insights to refine your designs. Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate quickly to deliver optimal user experiences.
Working with the Design System: Leverage LiveChat’s Design System to create consistent, scalable, and efficient designs. Ensure your work aligns with the established patterns, and actively use shared components to maintain a seamless user experience across the product ecosystem.
Mentoring and supporting team growth: Share your knowledge with other designers, provide thoughtful feedback, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Bring 5+ years of product design experience: Ideally in a SaaS or tech environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking and execution skills.
Are fluent in tools like Figma, Hotjar, and Amplitude: You seamlessly use them to create intuitive designs, gather insights, and analyze data to inform your decisions.
Have a strong foundation in UI and UX design: With a keen eye for detail, you create user-friendly and visually polished experiences that are responsive and accessible.
Think strategically about design: You’re able to align your work with broader business goals, addressing potential challenges early and identifying opportunities for growth.
Distill insights from data: You can translate both quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable design strategies, producing impactful visual artifacts like flows, user journeys, and inspirations.
Take ownership of your work: You’re proactive in driving projects from ideation to launch, making confident decisions, and solving complex challenges independently.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills: You can adapt your message effectively when working with developers, designers, and global stakeholders.
Value organization and prioritization: You juggle multiple tasks with ease, delivering high-quality work even in a dynamic environment.
We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.
If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.
We don’t want you to worry about all the basic benefits - like a Multisport card, private health care, or a home office equipment budget.
What we really want you to feel and what we believe in is that the real benefits come from the culture we’ve built.
With a hybrid work model (whether it's three days per week or three days per month, depending on your location), unlimited paid days off and sick days policy, an environment focused on outcomes instead of worked hours, and people dedicated to their work, you’ll find a workplace where you can thrive.
And here’s the icing on the cake: you’ll have the opportunity to work with the makers behind all Text products: LiveChat, ChatBot, HelpDesk, KnowledgeBase, OpenWidget.
Are you feeling like this might be a great place to consider working for? We feel it too ;) Join us and apply.
