Join Text and Shape the Marketplace Experience!

At Text, we are developing a suite of products designed to supercharge our clients' communication with their users. This mission is challenging, but we’re fully committed to it.

Text products have focused on their own growth and development, which has helped us gain expertise in many customer service areas. And the Marketplace was primarily for LiveChat and HelpDesk.

Today it’s the right time to take a new approach and focus on TextApp, where the marketplace lives with close cooperation between setup, and continuous setup experience and is responsible for providing our users with apps and integrations that enrich this experience.

In this setup Text marketplace, besides allowing users to freely explore integrations, is gradually getting to know them, their product usage and is able to contextually serve applications based on their needs.

We're looking for a Product Designer to join our team and take ownership of leading the design of intuitive, user-centric experiences for Text's Marketplace. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate complex challenges into premium, scalable solutions. Through user research, prototyping, and iterative design, you will ensure a seamless experience that drives engagement and business growth.

Here’s what you’ll be up to:

  • Own the Marketplace experience: Analyze user journeys and tailor the Marketplace experience to the needs of different customer segments. Gradually introduce users to additional integrations so they can have the most optimal setup for their needs.

  • Lead the design process: Own the entire design lifecycle, from research and prototyping to pixel-perfect execution.

  • Craft seamless Marketplace exploration: Design intuitive user journeys that introduce integrations and drive engagement.

  • Identify growth opportunities: Anticipate user needs, stay ahead of trends, and optimize activation and retention.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Setup Managers to refine the Marketplace’s most optimal touchpoints during onboarding and setup. Participate in crafting the strategy aligned with business goals.

  • Leverage data and insights: Use testing and user feedback to iterate and enhance designs.

  • Contribute to the Design System for scalable, cohesive experiences across the product.

You may be a good fit for this role if you:

  • Have senior experience as a solo designer or key project team member.

  • Have skills in using Figma, FigJam, or Miro, and user testing/insights tools to bring your designs to life and gather user insights.

  • Have a strong UI foundation paired with solid UX experience, with a focus on creating intuitive, user-friendly experiences.

  • Can distill insights from both quantitative and qualitative data, translating them into actionable design strategies and visual boards with charts, inspirations, and key takeaways.

  • Think beyond just design — you’re deeply in tune with product strategy and business goals and excel at identifying potential challenges early and addressing them before they become issues.

  • Have a technical mindset and ability to work efficiently with all types of developers and testers at all of the project stages.

  • Have a proven track record of taking ownership of projects from ideation to launch.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and management, making sure both sides are on the same page.

  • Enjoy working with people and value good team vibes.

How we work

We have implemented a hybrid workplace, in which our team in Wrocław and nearby (up to 50 km), follows a 3/2 model: three days in the office to foster creativity, teamwork, and social interaction, and two days working from home.

If you’re based outside of Wrocław, you'll work in the office for three days each month to maintain valuable face-to-face connections, while continuing to contribute significantly to product development remotely.

Benefits

We don’t want you to worry about all the basic benefits - like a Multisport card, private health care, or a home office equipment budget.

What we really want you to feel and what we believe in is that the real benefits come from the culture we’ve built.

With a hybrid work model (whether it's three days per week or three days per month, depending on your location), unlimited paid days off and sick days policy, an environment focused on outcomes instead of worked hours, and people dedicated to their work, you’ll find a workplace where you can thrive.

And here’s the icing on the cake: you’ll have the opportunity to work with the makers behind all Text products: LiveChat, ChatBot, HelpDesk, KnowledgeBase, OpenWidget.

Are you feeling like this might be a great place to consider working for? We feel it too ;) Join us and apply.
