Square Online: Be Where Your Customers Are

Connect Square Online with LiveChat to let your customers reach you conveniently where and when they need you. Enhance your website with a state-of-the-art chat widget, and talk to visitors on social media and messenger channels. Square up and communicate like a pro.

How to InstallLink icon

Navigate to the Square App Marketplace.

Search for LiveChat.

Select Get Started.

Create a new LiveChat account or log into your existing account credentials.

Enter your Square login information and select Sign in.

Select Allow to proceed.

Select Done to proceed.

Select your Square account from the drop down menu.

Toggle Chat Enabled next to every website on which you want to display the chat widget.

That’s it! From now on, your Square websites will display a chat widget!

Remember to toggle the Chat Enabled option next to all the websites you want to include the chat on! If you manage multiple different brands, you’ll probably want to customize your chat widgets separately for each one of them. Check out LiveChat groups to learn how to do that!

How to uninstall Link icon

From the LiveChat appLink icon

Navigate to Apps -> App Settings -> Square Online.

Select the … menu button.

Select Uninstall.

From the Square dashboardLink icon

Log into your Square account.

Navigate to Apps.

Select Manage my apps

Select the dropdown menu icon and then Disconnect App.
Please note that once the uninstallation is finished, it may take up to 24 hours for the Square cache to expire and stop showing the LiveChat widget on your website.
